between the lines, we tell ourselves to breathe
serpents in the garden, await the sunbirth of east
dragging bodies down, never again to rise (x3)
sometimes we get so alone, the snakebites fade
and somehow, somehow the sickness retreats
somewhere my head grieves
but how I love to watch you crawl, and how I love to watch you breathe, and how you go down in the moment so easily
pressing fingers deep within , we twist and swim, moist and rich,
creature me is pressing in.
and when the trance subsides, we lie oh we lie
convince ourselves this is right, a moth caught in a light
as I'm locked inside of you, without a view
are you strong enough to embrace the creature me?
pressing fingers deep within we twist and swim
and when the trance subsides
we lie, oh we lie
nothing left to do
but go down together
in this humid room
of ours
nothing left to remind us just who
or what we are
sometimes you get so alone,
the snakebites fade,
and somehow, somehow the sickness leaves,
somewhere my head grieves- for
what we try to leave behind
only this creature me
keeping you from breaking down.

I miss you!!! Hurry and get back to me...
